These almost remind me of strains of hair or almost intestines.
I really love Eva Hesse's use of material throughout her artwork, using latex, fibreglass and plastics. A lot of her work to me represents presence of the body - this is a lot to do with the use of plastic/latex material as it appears similar to skin in colour and material.
